Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original payment date. To be eligible for a refund, the service must not have been substantially delivered or utilized.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us at billing@meg-usa.org with your order details and reason for the refund request. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
3. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if services have been partially delivered. The refund amount will be determined based on the proportion of services already rendered.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Application fees paid to third parties (universities, testing centers) are non-refundable. Completed test preparation sessions and one-time consultations are non-refundable once delivered.
