MEG USA provides education consulting services including but not limited to university application assistance, visa consulting, test preparation, and career planning. Specific service details, pricing, and deliverables are outlined in individual service agreements.
3. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Fees are due at the time of service selection unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
4. Refund Policy
Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of payment. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our Refund Policy. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for detailed information.
5. Limitation of Liability
MEG USA provides consulting services and does not guarantee admission to any specific educational institution. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for decisions made by educational institutions.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of MEG USA and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
