General Requirements of Admission
(1) Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens holding a valid foreign passport. (2) Former residents of Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan who have emigrated and apply as international students must have obtained their foreign citizenship by April 30, 2023. Additionally, they must provide proof of actual residence abroad for at least two years between April 30, 2023, and April 30, 2027 (A period of 9 months of actual residence in a year counts as one full year, as evidenced by entry and exit stamps).
